It’s knowing—without effort—where you begin and where you end.

Bring awareness to the outer edge of your body.

Slowly extend your attention about a foot to a foot and a half beyond your skin.

Without forcing breath or imagery, say internally:
“This is where I live.”

Pause until your breath naturally slows.
Stop there.
What Changes When the Edge Is Clear
Your nervous system relaxes when it knows where it ends.
Desire follows relaxation, not effort.
