How to Control Your Dreams & Interact with Others

Your Dreamworld Is Real. Here’s How to Wake Up Inside It.
What if your dreams weren’t just stories your brain tells itself at night—but portals into other dimensions, lifetimes, and energetic realms?
Here at Out of Body Ecstasy, we don’t treat dreams as random. We see them for what they are: gateways. Powerful, multidimensional spaces where soul-to-soul connection, healing, and yes—even intimacy—can unfold.
So how do you stop passively watching your dreams and start actively participating in them?
Let’s explore how to control your dreams and connect with others intentionally.
Step 1: Acknowledge That Your Dreams Are Real
This isn’t just dream interpretation—it’s dream navigation. When you shift your mindset from “I had a weird dream” to “I experienced something in another dimension,” you activate a different level of consciousness.
Dreams are often astral visits, telepathic meetings, or energetic explorations. That person you’re interacting with in your dream? They may actually be another soul, consciously or unconsciously, meeting you in a shared space.
Step 2: Program Your Dream Before You Sleep
Your intention is the doorway. Each night, before you fall asleep, give your subconscious directions—think of it like setting your internal GPS.
Here’s a simple pre-sleep statement:
“Tonight, I will become aware in my dream. I will remember I am dreaming. I will connect with [insert person or soul], and I will remember our interaction when I wake up.”
Want to meet a specific person? Use their name (if known).
Want to connect with a soulmate, guide, or twin flame? Say so.
Keep it short, clear, and emotionally charged.
Step 3: Use Dream Anchors & Tools
Dream control often starts with lucid dreaming—knowing you’re dreaming while you’re in the dream. To strengthen this skill:
-
Reality Checks: Throughout the day, ask yourself, “Am I dreaming?” Look at your hands, clocks, or mirrors. Do this often so your brain builds the habit—even in dreams.
-
Crystals for Lucidity: Place labradorite, herkimer diamond, or amethyst near your pillow. These stones support dream clarity and psychic insight.
-
Dream Oils: A few drops of mugwort, blue lotus, or clary sage (diluted in a carrier) can support intentional dreaming when placed on pulse points before bed.
✨ Step 4: Set the Scene to Meet Someone in Dream Space
If you’re trying to interact with someone specific—whether it’s a soulmate, a guide, or someone you’re energetically linked to—create a meeting space in your mind.
Before sleep, visualize:
-
A glowing portal
-
A garden under the stars
-
A beach or temple
Say to yourself: “This is where we meet. This space belongs to us.”
Repetition builds a shared anchor. If the other person is sensitive, intuitive, or energetically connected, they’ll begin to feel the call.
Step 5: Take Control Inside the Dream
Once you realize you’re dreaming, stay calm. Most people wake up from excitement.
To stabilize yourself:
-
Rub your hands together
-
Spin slowly in the dream
-
Focus on one detail (like the ground)
Then, speak your intention aloud:
“I am dreaming. I choose to call in [name or energy].”
Or
“I’m ready to interact. Show me what I need to know.”
Step 6: Record, Decode, and Repeat
Your dream journal is not optional—it’s essential. Write everything down, even if it’s fragmented.
Over time, patterns emerge:
-
Do you always meet the same soul near water?
-
Does a certain symbol or animal appear before big energetic shifts?
-
Are conversations continuing from one night to the next?
This isn’t fantasy. This is how your higher self—and the souls you’re connected to—communicate across dimensions.
