Astral travel or projection is a blast to do.
If you’ve never tried to separate your astral body from your physical self and take a hike through the astral realms, you’re missing on some soul-opening, soul mate/twin flame attracting, sexually exploding stuff.
When you first separate, your astral surroundings are exactly like your physical surroundings. So if it’s dark and stormy out, the energy layer will be the same way. Up until this current experience, this has been the only way I’ve experienced a dark astral travel.
I’ve learned that when you’re removing layers of crap from your energy field (or had a shitty day) – it is NOT the time to hit the astral planes.
