I know – just the thought of quarantine is enough to bang my head against the wall. I want to get out and socialize – go shopping – without the threat of getting this life-threatening virus. But I can’t – and neither should you if you want to stay safe.
So staying away from people is what we need to do – and when we do that, anxiety can rear its ugly head.
